Health Record Technician Certificate with a minimum of lower credit and five (5) O’level credits in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology or Health Science in either WAEC/NECO at not more than two sittings. Candidates must have completed one year industrial attachment. Those with ND with initial JAMB score of 160 are not required to write JAMB. | 6. | DISPENSING OPTICIANRY | THREE (3) YEARS | Four (4) credit passes at not more than two (2) sittings in WASSC/SSCE/GCE/NECO in the following subjects: English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics with a minimum of pass in English Language or Mathematics. A candidate with a minimum of 10 years cognate experience in optical dispensing (apprenticeship), who has two or three credits in any of these subjects may also be considered for admission. | NATIONAL DIPLOMA |

Candidates with a pass in Computer Foundation Examination (CFE) of the Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria (CPN) are also accepted.
