ANSU COOU 2016/2017 Supplementary Form Is Officially Out and On Sale. The long awaited 2016/2017 Anambra state university uli now Chukwuemeka odumegwu ojukwu university uli and Igbariam (ANSU COOU), has released the 2016/2017 Supplementary form.

The school has officially opened the school portal for the registration of Supplementary Form

Below are step to step on how to process the 2016/2017 ANSU COOU Supplementary Form.

1. Visit jamb website at www.jamb.org.ng click on change of institution or course after successfully purchasing the change of course/institution scratch card which cost N2,500. You then complete this step 1 process by changing ANSU COOU from second choice to first choice. Congrats, You just completed step 1
2. Collect the change of institution/course print out. Proceed to any authorised bank nationwide (Fidelity, Eco bank or Zenith bank) and make a payment of N12,500 of non-refundable fees for second choice admission screening form.
3. Head to ANSU ULI campus only with your bank print out, Change of course/institution form and convey it to admission office in uli for proper issuing of form which you will fill. After successful registration, you are advice to wait for the school to release its next admission batch list.

Alternative way of changing ANSU/COOU to second choice in Jamb

You are required to immediately log on to JAMB website www.jamb.org.ng and do the following:

1. Click on the link “Application for correction of data.”
2. Click on the link “Change of Course/Institution.” Then follow the correction of data instructions. There is a payment of N2,500 to JAMB in order to complete this process.
3. Make ANSU COOU their More Preferred Degree Awarding Institution (1st Choice)

All second choice aspirants are advice to register on/or before nov 30,2016. As late application entry attracts N10,000.
