1. Candidates are required to possess National Diploma in their chosen programme from recognized / accredited Polytechnic or Monotechnic.
2. Candidates are also to possess at least five (5) relevant O’level credits including English and Mathematics at not more than two sittings in WAEC/NECO or NABTEB (O’level Examinations).
3. Candidates are required to have at least one year or two years post National Diploma Industrial Training Experience.

All 2016/2017 UTME candidates who applied to Federal Polytechnic, Nekede as Institution of First or Second choice with a UTME Score of 180 and above are requested to forward on line at www.fpno.edu.ng., the following particulars:
a) O’Level Result
(WASSCE, NECO and NABTEB)
b) UTME Score
c) Jamb Subject combination for the course applied.
Candidates who are awaiting their O’Level (Nov. 2015 and May/June, 2016) results are also eligible to apply.
In addition, a Screening fee of #2,500.00 (Two thousand, five hundred naira only) should be paid into Federal Polytechnic, Nekede, Treasury Single Account (TSA) 0140468461017 nationwide.
Duration: All submissions and payments must be completed on or before Wednesday, 31st August, 2016.
NOTE:
Any wrong information disqualifies the candidate
2. Fill your Bio-data in the form and generate an invoice, print or copy out the invoice number, (you can do this on your mobile phone).
3. Proceed to the school website for banking details using your invoice number.
You can also choose to make your payment using your VERVE, VISA or MASTER CARD. If you choose the card payment option, you will be asked to fill the card details to the payment to be processed immediately.
Return to school portal www.fpno.edu.ng and complete your application process. Submit your data as requested and print out your acknowledgement slip.
If you process your payment using your card, you will return to the portal immediately to print your receipt and acknowledgement slip.
It is also important to NOTE that any false data entry during the on-line registration will lead to disqualification of the candidates at any time such is discovered.
Applicants can start and complete this process from any location in the country. It is therefore advisable to minimize journeys to Owerri for the purpose of completing the form.
All application procedures MUST be concluded on or before 12 midnight of Thursday, 30th June, 2016.
